It is a 12-month fixed-term position based in Melbourne or Auckland. Key Responsibilities: Analyze&communicate insights on trading performance to inform strategies and tactical activities Manage inventory health, supplier performance, and allocation recommendations Review past performance and prepare financial plans and budgets Manage deleted and promotional stock, lifecycle, and promo resultsBuild relationships with stakeholders and partner with buying teams on range reviews Communicate results and drive monthly reporting Conduct range analysis, review assortment, and optimize space and clearance outcomes Who We're Looking For: Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders to achieve business and merchandise goals.You’ll Need: Preferred tertiary qualification in finance, economics, or commerce Experience in merchandise planning or similar roles, ideally with large retailers Collaborative, team-oriented approach Strong financial, analytical, and numeracy skills Experience with seasonal planning, budgeting,and category managementProficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel, and data analytics (Power BI preferred) High attention to detail with good prioritization skills Experience with IBM TM1 COGNOS is advantageous Our Commitment: Bunnings values fairness and diversity.
