It’s also about making sure our sponsors and partners are front and centre — represented properly and consistently across all content.What the role involves Creating and managing content that reflects who we are: ambitious, hard-working, and real. Interviewing players and coaches. Capturing high-intensity training sessions and action photos. Summarising results and match recaps. Posting consistently across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.Highlighting our players, coaches, sponsors, and facilities through stories and feed posts. Mixing high-quality visuals with a sense of humour, we take the work seriously, not ourselves. Running paid ads and tracking performance. Managing and sending out regular newsletters. Using Canva and basic editing tools to keep content clean and sharp.Travelling across Auckland and around New Zealand to cover events and tournaments. Attending international trips and performance camps to capture key moments. Working quickly and efficiently, this role requires someone who delivers without delay. You’ll need to Be confident communicating with players aged 8 to 18.Have great photography and videography instincts (phone or camera, just know how to use it well). Take initiative, bring ideas, don’t wait for instruction. Be able to create high-quality, engaging content that reflects the standard of the academy. Understand how to feature and tag sponsors correctly and creatively.Work well with a team and deliver on time, consistently. Flexibility This role can be structured as a part-time contract or full-time position, depending on what you bring to the table. If you’re the right fit, we’ll build the role around you.
