Graphic Design Specialist (Parental Leave cover) Fixed Term (July 2025 to July 2026) covering Parental leave We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Design Specialist to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating professional and visually compelling sales pitch decks and internal capability collateral using Google Slides. You will work directly with both Direct and Agency Sales Strategists to format and present information in an engaging and clear way, ensuring each deck is polished, on-brand, and ready for presentation. This is a high-turnaround position where efficiency, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills are key. While this position doesn't require advanced design software knowledge (e.g., Photoshop), a strong eye for design, typography, and layout is essential.Responsibilities Design and format sales pitch decks and internal presentations using Google Slides, ensuring that content is presented in a professional, clear, and visually engaging manner. Collaborate with Direct and Agency Sales Strategists to understand the content and messaging of each deck, adapting quickly to changes in direction.Work under tight deadlines, managing multiple design requests at once while maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency across all decks. Ensure all presentations are aligned with the company's brand guidelines, including typography, colors, and layout consistency. Prioritize tasks effectively and deliver completed decks within the required timeframe.Continuously refine design techniques to improve the impact and effectiveness of the presentations. Requirements Strong foundation in graphic design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory. Proficiency in Google Slides (experience with other presentation tools like PowerPoint is a plus).Ability to work quickly and efficiently, adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both the Direct and Agency Strategy teams and understand project needs. Highly organised with strong time-management skills to meet deadlines and juggle multiple projects at once.A portfolio showcasing presentation design work (Google Slides examples are a bonus).
