We’re looking for a detail-driven Junior Planner to join our Auckland Support Office and help make smarter, customer-focused merchandise decisions across our store network.Do the mahi As our Junior Planner, you’ll work alongside our Senior Planner and Buying team to support the planning and delivery of great value fashion for our customers. From forecasting to stock allocation, this is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll help ensure we have the right products, in the right place, at the right time— putting your skills of Merchandise Planning to use, whilst learning more in a supportive environment.What you’ll be doing: Collaborate with the Senior Planner and Buying team on budgets, forecasting and product allocations Assist in the development of seasonal assortment plans Monitor and manage store stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment and minimal sell-outs Track and analyse sales performance, helping to shape future buying decisionsCoordinate promotional and marketing activity from a planning perspective Prepare reports and insights for the wider team Provide support across the Planning function and contribute to team projects You might be early in your planning career, but you’re organised, analytical, and up for the challenge. You’re someone who thrives on juggling priorities, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to grow within a high-performing retail business.You’ll ideally bring: Experience in retail planning, buying, or business analysis Confidence using Excel and working with large datasets Strong attention to detail and time management A collaborative, positive attitude and strong communication skills A genuine interest in fashion retail and customer-first thinkingSweet as perks We’re all about supporting growth and celebrating wins.
