The Transformation and Delivery Practice supports initiatives across all delivery chapters, including Business Analysis, Change Management, Execution, and Portfolio, helping us innovate and develop outstanding customer experiences.About the Role: The Senior Business Analyst will focus on enabling great customer outcomes by providing business analysis services within our Payments Platform Switch Squad, supporting the modernization of our cards experiences. Key Responsibilities: Supporting technical BAU analysis to help business teams understand the impact of changesServing as a subject matter expert for cards, issuing, and acquiring within the Payments Platform Switch Squad Translating technical impacts into clear messages for business stakeholders Working on scheme compliance Ideal Candidate: Solid technical knowledge of Cards, including field level mapping and impact analysisAt least five years of Business Analysis experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach Ethics, accountability, integrity, and good time management Alignment with ASB's mindsets: customer obsession, pace over perfection, transparency, continuous learning, and empowermentAbout You: Passionate, positive, and experienced professional with strong technical knowledge of Cards At least 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst Experience in financial services or regulated environments is preferred What We Offer: Opportunity to leverage your knowledge and make a significant impact for New Zealanders.
