They ensure our diverse team is supported, capable of delivering projects, and foster their growth and retention. Position Summary The Learning and Development (L&D) Advisor II leads and enhances the company’s e-learning programs to improve employee skills, knowledge, and performance, with a focus on compliance programs across Rocket Lab sites. What You’ll Get To Do Design engaging and innovative learning solutions using various instructional design techniques.Develop training materials and facilitate training related to global compliance requirements, especially in North America. Create and update advanced training programs, including e-learning modules, workshops, and instructor-led sessions using ADDIE or SAM models. Facilitate the Rocket Lab Academy, focusing on onboarding, technical training, and curriculum development.Support the development of apprenticeship initiatives to build talent pipelines for scarce skills. Implement processes to audit and ensure completion of compliance training. Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps across departments. Assist with LMS administration as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business Management, or related field.At least 3 years of experience in Learning&Development or similar roles. Experience designing and delivering effective training programs. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Excellent facilitation and communication skills. Proficiency with LMS and e-learning platforms. Strong organizational and project management skills.Experience in production, manufacturing, or technical industries is highly valued. Preferred Qualifications Experience with implementing new LMS or processes. Experience with JIRA or similar ticket management systems.
