We’re scaling fast and are on the lookout for an experienced and driven Senior BDR ready to step into a high-impact role with global exposure, enterprise-level clients, and genuine career growth.What You’ll Be Doing: As a Senior Business Development Representative, you'll be representing one of our global tech clients and owning the top-of-funnel sales process to generate qualified opportunities. You will: Conduct outbound prospecting campaigns targeting C-level decision-makers at mid-to-enterprise level companiesGenerate a minimum of 10–12 qualified discovery meetings per week through cold calling, email cadences, and LinkedIn outreach Manage 100+ outbound touchpoints per day, across multiple channels and territories Use platforms like Salesforce, Outreach, and Sales Navigator to track, optimize, and report on your sales activityProactively collaborate with client stakeholders to refine messaging, share market insights, and align campaign goals Deliver against KPIs and sales milestones with minimal supervision, using your commercial acumen and self-driven approach To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need to Meet The Following Criteria:2+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales , ideally in the tech/SaaS space A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (NZQF Level 7+) A consistent track record of hitting or exceeding lead generation targets Demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders (Managers, Directors, C-level)Proficiency in CRM and sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) Strong business communication skills– written and verbal Ability to operate independently and strategically contribute to the team’s success What’s In It for You?
