This is a flexible, dynamic role with the potential for growth. There will also be occasional travel required to deliver programs or attend in-person events. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Leadership Programs NZ Wide (in person) : Co-lead / lead impactful training sessions that are focused on execution and real-world outcomes.Program Development (remote) : Collaborate to design and refine leadership content. Measure Success (remote) : Track program effectiveness through feedback tools, like our proprietary tool WayPoint. Adapt&Grow : The role is as-required , with flexibility in hours and growing responsibilities. What We’re Looking For Leadership Facilitation Experience : Experience in facilitating leadership training programs with presence and impact. Client-Focused Communication (Non-Negotiable) : Ability to engage professionally with clients, even under pressure, ensuring their needs are met.Adaptability&Composure : Thrive under pressure, staying calm and focused in high-stress environments. Willingness to Adopt HALO’s Philosophy (Non-Negotiable) : If you have leadership training experience, you must be willing to fully adopt HALO’s approach .
