Transport has the potential to shape our city for the better - from the streets we live, work and spend time on, to the trains, bus services, cycle and walkways we use every day.Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity Our Parking and Compliance team are looking for a Response and Investigations Coordinator to investigate reports of abandoned vehicles throughout the Auckland Region and manage the legislative and operational process to remove the vehicle from the road. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of each investigation, ensuring our databases are maintained with live, accurate information, recording all evidence obtained throughout.Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring? You will have well-developed time management skills to plan and manage your time on the road and process cases efficiently. This role will draw on your all-round coordination experience in investigation and evidence gathering as well as administration. Your written and oral communication, relationships and interpersonal skills will enable you to proactively see cases through to conclusion.
