Technology Offerings RF Test and Measurement Military communications across all domains Wireless Communications Broadcast and MediaAir Traffic Control Cybersecurity and Network Technology Your Tasks Lead the development and execution of Test&Measurement strategies, overseeing equipment, solutions, and service sales within the New Zealand market. Drive business growth by identifying market opportunities, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with organizational goals and maintain a competitive industry edge.Support growth targets for the Test&Measurement division and various market segments. Increase Rohde&Schwarz market share in New Zealand. Provide leadership and strategic guidance within the New Zealand region. Support the Technology Systems division in New Zealand. Meet or exceed sales targets and optimize customer satisfaction. Gather market and competitive intelligence within the region.Manage inputs to the SAP C4C CRM system. Represent the company’s sales behavior professionally in the marketplace. Utilize resources effectively and efficiently. Build local capabilities and protect existing accounts. Develop networks within target accounts and map them in SAP C4C.Your Qualifications Excellent communication skills with strategic market development and sales experience. Ability to drive change and achieve entrepreneurial outcomes. Motivated team player with enthusiasm for growing the RSAUS New Zealand market. Strong technical expertise in electronic design engineering, RF, and DC/Low Frequency testing, with broad knowledge of RF, cellular, IoT standards, and test methods.Desirable: Ability to hold a Baseline Security Clearance.
