This role involves developing IT&E and New Product Development business cases, providing financial reporting and analysis for performance reviews and forecasting, supporting the Annual Operating Plan, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities Delivering the Year Analyze actual and forecasted performance, identify root causes, and develop action plans.Collaborate with Sales&Trade Finance to evaluate customer-facing opportunities and trade spend issues. Manage the cluster P&L, challenge sales strategies, optimize financial results, and oversee portfolio initiatives including new product development. Support marketing heads in NPD business cases and innovation pipelines. Ensure timely and insightful information sharing with cross-functional teams to support decision-making.Corporate Reporting Support monthly performance reporting with clear insights into business drivers using Price Volume Mix analysis. Assist in monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes. Planning the Future Prepare and analyze financial forecasts, strategic plans, and budgets, including zero-based budgeting.Develop business cases for new products and renovations, collaborating across functions. Work with Marketing on innovation P&L development and with Operations for comprehensive business reporting. About You Passionate, results-driven, with strong analytical and financial skills. Ability to interpret data strategically and communicate insights effectively. Problem-solving mindset with experience in a fast-paced environment.5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Access, Tableau, Demantra, JDA, SAP, IRi tools is a plus.
