It is a permanent position from day one, designed to challenge, inspire, support, and develop you as you start your career. Whether in a rotational programme or specializing in a field, the journey lasts 18 to 24 months through the dynamic world of banking.You will be paired with a Grad Sponsor and receive expert guidance from our Future Me team. You will collaborate with a diverse range of professionals, from fellow Graduates to General Managers, Business Analysts to the CTO. Upon completing the programme, you will have an exceptional toolkit for your post-programme role within ASB.We ask that you bring your whole self and an open mind.
