You will be overseeing the Digital team with 2 direct reports on a fixed-term maternity leave cover until the end of December, with a very hands-on approach.Tō tūranga hou | Your new role Develop and implement the digital/content and product marketing strategy, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to maximise results across all stages of the sales funnel. Lead the development and implementation of the marketing technology stack, including the NZC website, microsites, and marketing automation tools, acting as the product manager for our customer-facing online webpages and tools.Manage and lead the Content Marketing Specialist and Digital Marketing Coordinator, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all digital channels. Champion the customer experience and represent the voice of the customer internally and with our technology providers, ensuring that all customer-facing applications and portals, campaigns, activities, and projects align with customer needs and maximise customer satisfaction.Monitor digital marketing developments and advise on their relevance and adoption potential for NZC's digital marketing efforts. Manage key supplier and consultant relationships to ensure effective delivery of digital and product marketing projects. Oversee the management of branding implementation (especially in the online medium).Undertake and oversee other duties as required to enable further efficiencies within the business, including clerical and administrative tasks, processing of invoices, financial management, responding to the day-to-day marketing requirements of the nationwide team and the documentation of marketing functions and processes to ensure accuracy and scalabilityNgā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed Leadership - Ability to manage and lead a team (direct reports; dotted line resource; external people resource) effectively to achieve business goals and targets.
