Quality Manager - European Motor Distributors Limited Join Giltrap Group as EMD Quality Manager As our Quality Manager, you will lead quality management across both the EMD Group and the dealer network with programs such as ISO, quality management, compliance, and integrity. You will: Enable the business to leverage and develop the Quality strategic imperative.Lead the drive for process improvement across the business. Facilitate legal agreements with the dealer network and manufacturers Fulfil the Privacy Officer role for EMD, ensuring all compliance, process, and reporting requirements are met. About You Our ideal candidate is someone who has broad industry experience and an attitude of finding solutions to a wide range of problems.You should also have: Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills and the ability to build effective partnerships with a wide variety of stakeholders Effective decision making, problem solving and conflict resolution skills A relevant degree qualification with at least 5 years experience in a management roleStrategic planning skills and experience in developing and delivering frameworks, strategies policies, plans and projects to align people and organisational goals What We Offer When you join Giltrap Group, you're joining New Zealand's leading automotive group.
