Discussing and shaping complex, fast-paced, innovative People transformation programs and helping business functions assess their operating model, capability, operations, and technology.Building sustainable client relationships and expanding your network across the practice. Willing to work in Auckland. Experience within a top Management Consulting firm. Minimum of 5+ years of work experience in Talent&Organization, specifically Change Management, Org Design, and Development. Expertise in structuring teams, defining roles, and designing governance frameworks to align with strategic objectives and improve organizational effectiveness. Ability to design and execute structured transformation roadmaps, integrating change strategy, workforce impact assessment, stakeholder alignment, and adoption planning to guide organizations and their people through complex change.Experience in designing and implementing strategies that enhance leadership capability, employee experience, and engagement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
