This role involves ensuring maintenance activities promote safety, quality, environmental protection, and operational performance by providing technical leadership to maintenance and production teams (TPM-PM).Key Responsibilities Enable high-performance operations through asset maintenance and planning aligned with Nestlé’s strategy, utilizing TPM and AMM methodologies. Support and manage technical store operations. Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring proper justification, planning, and tracking in line with Nestlé guidelines.Ensure utilities meet food safety standards and support production needs. Coordinate spare parts planning with maintenance activities to optimize the technical store. Implement energy and water efficiency measures respecting SH&E policies. Leverage SAP to manage maintenance plans and collaborate cross-functionally for implementation. Qualifications&Skills Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Process, or Industrial Engineering, with experience in FMCG or food processing technologies. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a technical or engineering role within manufacturing or consumer goods industries. Experience with Fixed Assets Maintenance, budget management, TPM, preventive maintenance, and maintenance execution.Supervisory experience managing technical teams and contractors. Involvement in engineering projects, equipment start-up, or commissioning. Strong communication, proactive, detail-oriented, and relationship-building skills.
