Supply Chain Performance Analyst, Auckland

Short Intro and About the Job The Supply Chain Performance Analyst is responsible for Supply Chain projects and initiatives throughout our ANZ operations. This role works cross-functionally to improve Supply Chain performance in terms of costs and availability, driven by data and process optimization. The Analyst identifies opportunities and develops plans to enhance Supply Chain performance, supporting the business's top and bottom line, inventory management, and customer satisfaction. Collaboration within Supply Chain, across functions, and with external partners is essential for continuous improvement.This is a 1-year fixed-term, full-time position, working 8:30 am– 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. You Will: Identify and implement continuous improvement projects across the ANZ Supply Chain to achieve strategic goals. Analyze data and create engaging reports to facilitate decision-making across teams.Consider regulatory impacts of projects and improvements, maintain oversight of audit outcomes, and ensure controls are in place. Document all changes resulting from improvement activities. About You You are passionate about data analysis, proactive, confident, process-oriented, results-driven, and focused on continuous improvement and people management.Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering. Experience in logistics, FMCG, or food manufacturing preferred. Project management experience. Analytical with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills at all levels. Proficient in written and verbal communication.Effective change management abilities. Strong problem-solving skills, adaptable to change, with a mindset aligned to continuous improvement and Six Sigma principles. Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, BI, or similar analytics tools. Knowledge of statistics, modeling, and cost-benefit analysis.
