Job Title HVAC Technician Job Description Summary The HVAC Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across university accommodation buildings. Routine servicing, troubleshooting faults, and ensuring systems run efficiently and safely.About the role: Due to the growing workload in Auckland, we currently require an experienced HVAC Technician to join our site-based team based at the University of Auckland Accommodation portfolio. You will be working as part of a team, comprised of Plumbers, Electricians, HVAC Technicians and our Building Maintenance crew ensuring our client’s facilities are maintained to a high level.The workload will consist of a combination of reactive maintenance and minor project work but also assisting with Planned Preventative Maintenance works. About you: HVAC or refrigeration Trade qualified. NZ Limited Electrical licence. Experience in BMS and HVAC controls preferred. Commercial maintenance experience is highly desirable.Knowledge and commitment to Health and Safety. Excellent written and spoken English.
