In this key role, you'll be responsible for managing and delivering medium to large-scale projects across New Zealand while leading and mentoring a talented project team. Our PPDS specialists’ partner with clients through the entire project lifecycle—from pre-construction planning through execution to post-construction services. You'll have the opportunity to work across diverse sectors including Water, Energy and Power, Buildings and Transport infrastructure.Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of complex, high-value projects from inception to completion Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities Provide mentorship and leadership to project team members Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocationEnsure project delivery meets quality standards and client expectations Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Work closely with the Section Lead on strategic initiatives We value collaboration and believe that in-person interactions are crucial for both our culture and client delivery.
