Experience in long-term conditions, aged residential care, or medical nursing is highly desirable. Strong team player with the ability to build professional relationships within the community. Effective planning and organization skills to manage caseloads, establish priorities, and meet deadlines in a client-focused environment.Ability to self-manage and handle a busy workload. Current full driver's license is essential. Digital confidence in using apps and computers.
