We're particularly keen to hear from nurses with experience in:Palliative care. IV therapy. Complex and non-complex wound care (including NPWT and compression therapy). Medication management. Exceptional communication skills. Strong computer literacy and confidence with digital health tools. Our service runs seven days a week, so flexibility to work weekends, afternoons, and on-call shifts is essential.You are a Registered Nurse who thrives in a community setting and takes pride in delivering high-quality, compassionate care. You bring solid clinical knowledge, excellent assessment and decision-making skills, and are just as comfortable working independently as you are in a team.
