Weigh and measure ingredients accurately. Carry pans, kettles, and trays safely to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator.Store food properly, following safety and rotation procedures. Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils. Distribute supplies and utensils. Follow recipes and standards for quality and portion control. Serve customers courteously and efficiently.
