Interested?About the Senior Operations Manager Reporting into the Chief Operations Officer the Senior Operations Manager takes accountability across an essential production site in the day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, compliance and continuous improvement. This is a business-critical role to ensure production capability meets demand.In a growing organisation this role offers significant scope with key accountabilities that include: Providing strategic and hands-on leadership across the production facility. Driving operational performance aligned to business strategy and growth targets. Leading and developing the team, embedding a high-performance culture.Champion health, safety, food safety, and compliance across operations. Lead operational planning, logistics, production scheduling, and supply chain activities. Embed Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to shape operational strategy and execution.The Senior Operations Manager takes an integral part in the growing Florenz portfolio. We need capability in operational leadership, fostering a united culture and someone who has proven experience with continuous improvement. Are you ready for this? About You You are a proven operational leader, with considerable experience at a senior operational level, who thrives on building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional results. With a strong background in manufacturing or production environments, you combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, pragmatic leadership style.You are commercially astute, with a deep understanding of operational excellence, production efficiency, and continuous improvement practices such as Lean manufacturing.
