About the Role As a Personal Lines Broker, you will be responsible for processing and servicing domestic insurance policies, managing renewals, handling client inquiries, and providing administrative support to brokers.Key Responsibilities Processing renewals, alterations, cancellations, and new business for domestic policies Issuing invoices, cover notes, and confirmation of cover documents Responding to client and underwriter queries Providing backup reception support when needed Supporting the team with quotes and client communicationLiaising with underwriters on rates, coverage, and product updates What You Will Bring Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Previous experience in Personal Lines insurance is essential Level 5 National Certificate in Financial Services– General InsurancePlease note that all applications will be reviewed.
