Develop a clear understanding of customer objectives to assist them in accelerating their innovation through technology solutions. Manage key stakeholder relationships to achieve high NPS scores, improving conversion and close rates.Prospect, develop, and close opportunities through driving core mobile, fixed, and ICT products as per portfolio target. Network across customers and partners through presence, referrals, and connecting with key business associations. Commit to customer management to promote increased growth and loyalty.Collaborate and self-organise with team members to meet shared goals. Present reports against targets and sales pipeline that demonstrate customer growth and loyalty. Na tōu rourou - what you’ll bring Proven experience as a BDM within the Technology or Telco industry. Strong stakeholder management skills.Outstanding communication, relationship building, influencing, and negotiation skills. Strong results orientation with a track record of achieving exceptional results, rational decision-making, and the ability to identify, understand, and meet customer needs, grow their business, and help them digitally transform.High attention to detail with good writing, planning, and reporting skills for strategic decision-making. High level of work productivity, self-starting, a commitment to reducing unproductive time, taking initiative, and demonstrating leadership. Team player with a 'can-do' attitude. High level of experience in solution selling across multiple markets and channels.Experience using CRM software for managing activity.
