Qualifications Your skills and experience include: A thorough knowledge of Front Office OperationsExcellent communication skills The ability to exceed guest expectations Minimum 2 years experience in Front Office in a medium to large hotel. Flexibility of availability e.g. Weekends and Public Holidays.
