Nurse Maude Care Home is seeking compassionate and committed Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses to join our supportive and skilled healthcare team. In this role, you'll be an integral part of delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to our residents. Working closely with the Registered Nurse Coordinators, Service Manager, whānau/families, and a multidisciplinary team, you'll play a key part in upholding the high standards of care we are known for.Available Shifts (Part-Time&Casual Opportunities): Thursday: 10:45pm - 7:15am Monday: 6:45am - 3:15pm To be successful in this role you will: Hold a current Annual Practising Certificate (APC) Be a confident communicator with strong computer literacy Demonstrate exceptional clinical and time management skills Be an advocate for your patients and committed to person-centered careLead and support a diverse team with empathy and professionalism Work effectively in an innovative, interdisciplinary team Bring passion for improving the lives of older adults We believe in supporting the wellbeing and development of our team.
