Finance Manager– St. Austell - £45,000 - £50,000 Trial Balance Consulting is pleased to be engaged by a specialist manufacturing company seeking a Finance Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. This role offers a broad and engaging opportunity to work closely with directors both in the UK and internationally, leading the financial management of the business. Key responsibilities include:Supervising and developing a small team of transactional support staff Producing management accounts with commentary for senior management Overseeing bank reconciliations Conducting variance and business performance analysis Preparing annual budgets and monthly forecasts in collaboration with company directorsPerforming balance sheet reconciliations Managing VAT reporting Handling some HR responsibilities, such as onboarding new staff Ideal candidates will be experienced, with strong technical and commercial acumen. Professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) are preferred, but candidates with substantial relevant experience will also be considered. Manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential.
