Using only locally sourced produce, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards at all times. Responsibilities: Use initiative and be proactive in the kitchen.Ensure all aspects of kitchen operations meet quality standards. Work as part of a vibrant, hardworking team. Candidate Profile: Passionate about food and looking for a new challenge. Confident in all kitchen responsibilities. Forward-thinking and proactive. Working Hours&Salary: Hours: 5 days over 7, including evenings, weekends, and breakfast shifts. Hours per week: 45-47. Salary:£33,000 - £33,500 per annum, depending on experience, plus tips.
