The successful candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status in the UK and experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4 levels. The role is scheduled to commence from September 2024. It is a full-time position for the entire academic year, with the potential to transfer onto a permanent contract with the school.The school welcomes applications from both newly qualified and experienced teachers. About the School The school, based in St Austell, is an alternative provision that helps students transition either back into mainstream school or to a long-term alternative provision. The students all have SEMH and challenging behaviour needs, supported daily by specialist TAs and other professionals.Requirements To be considered for the English Teacher role, you must: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Have previous SEN experience Be adaptable and flexible Have a genuine desire to be part of a committed team Vision for Education is committed to safeguarding children and young people.
