We will assist you in identifying your educator identity and choosing your specialist area, such as EYFS, KS1, KS2, secondary school, or SEND provisions.About the school Before starting your placement, you will complete a comprehensive training program delivered by Vision for Education and school leaders, equipping you with essential skills to work as a Teaching Assistant. Teaching Assistants play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of schools. Successful Teaching Assistants possess excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting children's daily needs. Building relationships with staff, children, and families is also key.The role varies by school.
