Job Description: As a Service Advisor, you will be friendly and professional, serving as the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership. Your duties will include: Dealing with customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure high customer satisfaction.Handling all service inquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Managing the allocation and handover of courtesy cars. Liaising with workshop teams to ensure the timely completion of customer vehicles. Upselling additional services, service plans, and warranties.
