We are seeking energetic, hardworking, and enthusiastic individuals to support our kitchen operations at the Hermitage Hotel. About You Experience is desirable but not essential. If you are energetic, quick to learn, and committed to giving your best, you will excel.A strong sense of personal and professional hygiene is necessary, as you will work in a food environment. You should be physically fit, as this is a physically demanding role, and enjoy working as part of a team. You will be assigned to one of our three kitchens. Tasks Include Cleaning stewarding areas, including pot wash, dish wash, café wash, and chamois.Cleaning kitchen food preparation areas, including fridges, freezers, food storage, and walkways. Cleaning equipment, floors, and other areas as needed. Maintaining hygiene standards throughout the kitchens. Transferring, checking supplies and equipment, and communicating with stores for orders.Basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, and cutting may be required occasionally. Working as part of the stewarding team to ensure a safe and pleasant work environment. Promoting positive communication and camaraderie among all hotel departments, especially with chefs and front-of-house staff.We are committed to providing opportunities for skill and knowledge improvement.
