We are seeking a motivated Insights Business Partner (Senior Insight Analyst) to join our Data and Analytics team. In this role, you will be providing advanced reporting and analysis, transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and operational efficiency across our business. This role will support our business objectives by enabling data-informed strategies and fostering continuous improvement.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Translate complex data into simple, clear, and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. Collaborate closely with management and key stakeholders to prioritise business needs and information requirements, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.Utilise a range of reporting tools and techniques to analyse data, create comprehensive reports, and effectively communicate insights to diverse audiences. Who are you? You will have 5+ years' experience in relevant analytics or insights roles. You have strong commercial and financial acumen and experience working in large complex organisations.You will have a proven ability to tell a story with data, with strong influencing skills. You will have experience in systems and programming languages, including Power BI, DAX, Excel, and SQL. You value people and kindness and are passionate about delivering results. You strive for excellence and look for ways to exceed expectations.
