You will work closely alongside your experienced manager and team members leading you to feel like a valued member of the team from the outset.In your graduate role, you will: participate in our leadership programme and attend monthly personal development workshops receive individual coaching using our CliftonStrengths coaching tool be given time with your peers to encourage connection and collaboration be involved in exciting projects, innovation, problem solving and new initiativesWestland Milk will give you the ideal environment to kick start your career in IT. Our IT team provides support to our entire Yili Oceania Business Division (YOBD). This means you will have the opportunity to learn about a wide range of software, hardware, servers, networking, telecommunications and coding. Two of our available roles will start you off in our Helpdesk giving you an opportunity to be a "sponge", soaking up knowledge and building capability to then advance you within our large and knowledgeable team.Our third role has a focus on coding and developing, using the latest Low Code / No Code development techniques. If you have a special interest in working in this space, we want to hear from you! These three roles are based across our Hokitika and Glenavy sites (Oceania Dairy Ltd), each location offers its own unique advantages. No matter which location you choose, you'll be joining other graduates relocating and starting your journey together. We currently have graduates in these locations who relocated in February and are enjoying their experience.Minimum Requirements: To be eligible to apply, you will have a bachelor's degree (or higher) in Information Technology or Computer Engineering, gained within the last 24 months.
