Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in?About the opportunity The Finance Manager– Operations will oversee the financial aspects of our manufacturing operations and inventory management. This role is crucial in bridging sales logistics, operations, and finance, ensuring decisions align with the organisation's best interests. You will collaborate with various departments to manage inventory forecasting, costing, reporting, and process improvements. Your efforts will drive productivity enhancements and optimise inventory accuracy, supporting our overall financial strategy.About you We are looking for a highly ambitious finance professional who brings expertise and determination to solve complex problems and drive business success. The ideal candidate will have: Chartered Accountant qualification or equivalent. Experience in finance roles within manufacturing or operations environments.Proven experience in cost optimisation and improving productivity in manufacturing operations. Expertise in identifying and mitigating risks related to inventory and financial processes. Proficiency in financial analysis, including inventory data analysis, modelling and forecasting. Knowledge of IFRS, particularly in relation to inventory costing.Strong leadership skills and deep understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations. Exposure and familiarity with large complex ERP systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
