Senior Civil Engineer, Christchurch

The Company Join an established and well-regarded civil engineering consultancy operating in Christchurch. They have a unique opportunity for a Senior Civil Engineer / Project Lead to join their expanding Civil Engineering team. They're well renowned for an outstanding working culture and great staff retention.They work across a diverse range of projects, including residential land development, commercial, industrial buildings, as well as civil infrastructure and water-related projects. The Role You will be involved in all aspects of design leading civil projects, managing client relationships, reviewing design work, and collaborating with their civil engineering design team across projects.Your Responsibilities Will Include Review&contribute to design work for land development and residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, including site planning, drainage, stormwater management, and utilities design. Supervise and help mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to the design team; efficiency in modelling work is essential using Civil 3D for underground services design across projects.Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure that project requirements are met and to resolve any issues that arise. Manage project budgets and schedules, and report on project progress to senior management. Minimum Requirements CPEng NZ is highly desirable and 10 + years of NZ based land development and infrastructure project experience.Why Join Them?
