Based inŌtautahi, Christchurch, you’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy: Troubleshooting hardware and software challenges with ease and expertise, knowing when to escalate to the external provider. Orchestrating a seamless response to IT requirements on site and across our offices around New Zealand, including coordinating the setup of internet services, printers and devices.Providing top-notch administrative support to both the IT and Business Support functions, including coordinating overflow admin tasks, providing back-up assistance for reception duties and managing catering requests. Getting out and about running ad-hoc errands related to fleet, events, and sponsorship activities.Rolling up your sleeves for different tasks and projects, ready to assist with anything that comes your way. About you: Our perfect fit is someone who embodies our values, remains calm under pressure, and enjoys working alongside a close-knit team. You’ll bring professionalism, adaptability, and a knack for building genuine relationships. Key attributes include:2+ years’ experience in a similar IT role. Ability to relate and connect with a range of stakeholders. Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail. Confidence in fast-paced and changing environments. Commercial acumen to obtain competitive pricing from vendors. Proficient skills in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook.What’s in it for you?
