Start date: Term 2 or ASAP We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time teacher of junior and senior science at our Modern well-resourced Timaru Campus. We currently have a preference for Earth and Space Science teachers, but all other specialties will be considered. At our Timaru Campus, you’ll find a supportive, friendly and collaborative teaching environment that values innovation, professional growth, and student success.Qualifications and experience: Current registration with the Teaching Council of Aotearoa New Zealand Expertise in teaching at the secondary NCEA levels 1 - 3, with flexibility across at least 1 other subject Strong commitment to student success and innovative teaching practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with self-directed learning models and technology-driven learning Strong digital skills with the ability to teach through multiple mediums Tertiary degree in a relevant field What makes this role unique?
