For the last 90 years they have embodied a legacy of investing in their staff, thriving on the ambition of their clients, and giving back to their community.About this Role This is a unique opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate to lead, cultivate and grow their employment practice. Employment is a high-growth area for the firm and their employment practice has an excellent client base and strong relationships with employers and business leaders across the country. The team have a number of interesting files in process and are well supported by high-performing commercial, disputes and private client teams, with excellent cross-referrals and support across the firm.Your workload will comprise mediation, ERA and employment court matters, in addition to workplace investigations, personal grievances, IEA reviews and providing hands-on strategic consultation for clients on the changing employment landscape.
