Communicating with other departments regarding any out of stocks, substitutions and other enquiries relating to online customer enquiries. Demonstrating a positive attitude towards Health and Safety for yourself and others around you.In this customer-focused role, we are looking for our new team member that: Helps us make customer-first decisions aligned to our processes and systems. Works well within our team and communicates effectively. Has a willingness to work on your feet for the duration of your shift. Possesses a friendly smile and welcoming attitude.This is a casual position and we ask for flexibility across a 7-day roster; you may be called at short notice to cover shifts for the team roster.
