Competitive remuneration + Health Insurance + Vehicle Ventia offers a supportive and inclusive work environment where you matter Stable, full-time, permanent employment About The Role A fantastic opportunity now exists for a Project Manager to direct, manage, and provide oversight of assigned electrical infrastructure projects to ensure that our clients objectives are accomplished within the prescribed schedule and budget parameters.Lead and manage electrical/power distribution network projects from inception to completion Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and operations Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocolsMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies Manage project documentation, including contracts, specifications, and change orders Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors and subcontractors Conduct project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvementAbout You Highly motivated, you hold a professional qualification in the field of engineering and/or project management with a minimum of 5 years demonstrable experience in managing construction projects or qualification and /or experience in electrical engineering and asset management. You thrive under pressure and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and conflicting deadlines. Your project management experience with Transpower/Vector will be highly regarded. You have excellent organisational and time management skills and take pride in your quest for continuous improvement! You have a sound understanding of Health&Safety regulations.
