Additional $2.50 per hour for all weekend hours worked Fun, friendly and supportive team environment Opportunities for career growth and developmentAbout the Role We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team as a Porter, providing resident support at our brand new Northwood and Kevin Hickman Retirement Village. This is a casual position, with a variety of shifts on offer on an as-required basis. In this role, you will often work independently to:Welcome all visitors and new independent residents, providing assistance and direction as necessary Help settle residents into their new homes Manage resident enquiries and cover reception duties Be responsible for answering emergency call bells 24/7 of our independent residents Provide first aid or call emergency services as requiredPerform general cleaning and administration duties Assist at open days and functions for visitors, residents, and families Work closely with and support your colleagues About You To thrive in our supportive and caring environment, you will have: Strong empathy and patience with elderly residentsA reliable, friendly, and professional manner About Ryman At Ryman, we believe the measure of a full life is one that gets richer with age.
