NZCL is looking for energetic and motivated individuals to support people in their own homes.We are seeking permanent full-time Support Workers to assist in our Christchurch Residential Services. What does a Support Worker do? This is a busy and diverse role supporting individuals with daily activities such as swimming, personal cares, meal support, household management, and teaching life skills. Support Workers work in teams on shifts or specific rosters, providing 24/7 support, with potential sleepover payments in some rosters.What do you get?
