Nau mai haere mai ki tā mātou whānau | Welcome to our Fulton Hogan Family In this role, you will be responsible for delivering our Retention and Redeployment plan for the Future Systems Programme team, developing initiatives focused on the wellbeing, development, and retention of our people, and creating career plans and pathways post-programme. You will bring HR expertise and best practices to ensure our talented team are cared for and set up for success beyond the programme.This is a 6-month fixed-term role, working 3 days a week, based in our IT office in Christchurch.
