About the Role: We're excited to expand in Christchurch with a new Senior Recruitment Consultant position focused on permanent placements. We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our Christchurch branch, build it from the ground up, and drive its success. You will be responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, and sourcing top talent to meet our clients' needs.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to grow the branch. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Source, screen, and interview candidates to match client requirements. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and candidates. Skills and Experience Required: Christchurch based with the right to work here. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment within NZ, preferably in a senior consultant capacity. Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates. High level of motivation and a hunger for success. Strong organisational and time management skills.
