Established in 1987, our portfolio of venues spans from Marrickville to Liverpool to Rouse Hill.Summary The Corporate Accountant/Projects Analyst is a key member of the finance team, they will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of financial processes, with a primary focus on streamlining finance processes and leading automation initiatives. The role will report directly to the Head of FP&A, with important relationships across all departments. Immediate start. Some WFH flexibility is available once relationships have been established. This role is a 12-month contract. Key Responsibilities Lead finance process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Drive automation projects, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effortCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and innovative solutions. Tracking project budgets against actuals, analysing variances, and addressing process chokeholds to optimize performance. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key projects, the Corporate Accountant will leverage their expertise to support the organisation’s strategic objectives.About You Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CA or CPA required Minimum 6+ years of progressive experience in relevant accounting experience, ideally in a corporate environment. Proven track record of optimizing financial processes and driving efficiency improvements.Strong project management skills with experience serving as a SME. Proficiency in accounting systems and financial software. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. A proactive mindset with a passion for driving change and efficiency. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
