Legal Coordinator - Temp, Christchurch

The Opportunity Support a Senior Legal Partner within this private sector law firm. This is a temporary position to bring your skills and provide cover until the permanent person commences in early August. Hourly rate between $35.00 - $40.00 per hour Professional office environment in central Christchurch cityPart-time, 3 days per week You will: Provide administrative support and diary management to the senior legal Partner Coordinate meetings, schedules, and priorities including travel and meeting logistics Assist in preparing legal documents and correspondence for Court Maintain the client database and electronic filing systems for efficient document managementPrepare and finalise invoices, reports, and expenses as required Liaise with suppliers and support office-related procurement Support the wider team with general administration as needed About you: We are ideally seeking a skilled administrator or coordinator who has supported senior executives. Experience working within a legal environment is advantageous.
