About the Role The People and Capability (P&C) Administrator role is a fundamental part of our HR Shared Services (HRSS) whānau. They tautoko (support) the largest workforce in the South Island, ensuring we pay our kaimahi (staff) accurately, on time, every time. They are hardworking and dedicated to delivering their mahi (work) to high standards, putting the customer at the centre of what they do.The P&C Administration kapa (team) does all of this while always striving to deliver great and timely customer service to our organisation, rangatira (leaders), and kaimahi (staff), as well as external customers. Key responsibilities include: Processing HR and PR contractual changes sent to our team via our Case Management System - MAXUnderstanding Collective agreement clauses and applying them to our processing Ensuring these changes are updated in time for weekly payroll runs Educating and supporting managers and employees through these changes Processing employee information and maintaining confidentiality at all times Ensuring legislative compliance across our HR and PR activitiesResolving or escalating complex cases or conflicts The P&C Administration kapa (team) supports our rangatira (leaders) and kaimahi (staff) throughout the employee lifecycle by delivering a high level of customer service and processing Human Resource and Payroll contractual changes, many of which are based via our Case Management Service - MAX. You will spend your time processing these cases to ensure our people's HR journey is concise and any changes that affect their pay are processed on time.
