We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to provide general business support to our valued manufacturers through business mentoring, coaching, financial, and operational assistance. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business improvement. This is an integral role that requires excellent organization and communication skills. You will be responsible for identifying training needs, investigating opportunities, and driving improvements to maximize our manufacturers' performance.Who do we need? Skills We are looking for someone with the following skills, knowledge, and experience: A proven ability to improve the operational and financial performance of a business. A background in commercial business experience. An understanding of financial management (preferred). Excellent ability to build and maintain professional relationships.An ability to work collaboratively within a team. You will be expected to promote a healthy, safe, and positive work culture, maintain good relationships with our customers, and keep the APL Business Support Manager informed of your progress.
